Driver Requirements
To become a GoCab driver, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Professional Driver's License (Front & Back Upload, Input License Number and Expiration Date)
- NBI Clearance
- Police Clearance or Barangay Clearance
- Covid Vaccine Card (not mandatory)
- Vehicle Official Receipt (OR) or Sales Invoice
- Vehicle Certificate of Registration (CR)
- SPA from Owner (if vehicle not under applicant's name)
- Authorization Letter (To Drive a Car)
- Vehicle Owner's Valid ID with 3 Specimen Signatures
- Driver's Government Issued ID
- Provisional Authority (PA) with Case Number & Stamp or Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) issued by LTFRB
- Passenger Insurance
- Medical Certificate (for 60-70 years old)
